While our Ticketing Office is open all seasons, like other departments it booms in the winter season. Ticketing Cashiers work hard to operate in a challenge environment and get guests moving on to their desired activity. Ticketing Cashiers working directly with Guest Services Associates to provide the best guest experience at the base and mountain wide.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Listen exceptionally well to guests
  • Receive or redeem payment for products
  • Deliver products

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • Kind disposition, positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • High School Graduate
  • Guest service experience preferred
  • Money handling experience preferred
  • Ability to respond positively to leadership from supervisors and managers
