Operates zip line for guests with close attention to procedure and safety standards.


  • Execute ride operation procedures including assisting guests with gear and loading/unloading of guests
  • Bring happiness to the mountain!


  • At least 18 years old
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Availability to work weekends, weekdays and holidays
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, professional, and team-oriented work environment
  • Able to maintain attention to detail to ensure safety and overall positive guest experience
  • Prior zip line experience
  • Prior outdoor recreation experience

Specific sensory abilities required by this job include sight, taste, smell, and hearing. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud. Work environment is outdoors and subject to the elements, both cold and hot. Must be able to climb and rappel to and from high altitudes. Must possess a full range of overhead arm motions and have full hand dexterity.
